What is in the upgrade?

Use the Navigation pane on the left hand side to view the different sections of the patch notes. Only the 2202 Section is relevant to this upgrade cycle.

Important Reminder

After an update one of your administrative users will need to go to Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Paths Tab > Press "Refresh Paths In Documents"
This will update the link to any attachments you have in SAP Business One for all users

How do I log in after the update?

After the update, whether to your sandbox or your production environment, instructions for accessing the RemoteApp Portal, the RDWeb Client, and the new Web Client are listed below. 

RemoteApp Portal

1. Go to the SAP Connect Portal (https://portal.na.businessone.cloud.sap/).
2. Click the RemoteApp Portal
3. Login using your normal SAP Business One username and password (Optional: exclude the cloud\ prefix)
4. After the database upgrade, Select the "SU-2202HF1-80" folder as shown below
5. Select the SAP Business RDP Download
6. Login using your normal SAP Business One username and password (Mandatory: including the cloud\ prefix)

RDWeb Client

1. Go to the SAP RDWeb URL (https://portal.na.businessone.cloud.sap/RDWeb/webclient/).
2. Login using your normal SAP Business One username and password (excluding the cloud\ prefix)
3. Select the "SU-2202HF1-80" folder as shown below:
4. Select the SAP Business One shortcut

Web Client 

1. Go to the Navigator Connect Portal (https://su-2202HF1-80.na.businessone.cloud.sap).
2. Click the SAP B1 Web Client
3. Login using your normal SAP Business One username and password (excluding the cloud\ prefix)
4. Select your Company (Database) name to continue

Service Layer Integrations & Mobile App

There will also be a new URL for service layer integrations and the mobile app. These are below:

• Service Layer Login:  https://su-2202HF1-80.na.businessone.cloud.sap/b1s/v1/Login
• Mobile app:  https://su-2202HF1-80.na.businessone.cloud.sap
