What is in the upgrade?
This upgrade includes bug fixes, performance and stability improvements, and feature enhancements for Version 10 Service Packs from 2405 and 2408. The main new features will be setting up MFA for your users upon request and the New Audit Trail Report.
New Audit Trail Report
Under the main menu Reports, a new report Audit Trail Report is added. For more information, see online help Audit Trail Report.
In the Authorizations window (follow path Administration → System Initialization → Authorizations → General Authorizations → Audit Trail Report is added under Reports For more information, see How to Define Authorizations in SAP Business One 10.0
Additional settings for history / log On the Services tab of the General Settings window (follow path Administration → System Initialization → General Settings), new field History / Log Retain Years is added. You can set the number of years for which you want to retain the history of changes. This setting is updated per company, for all users. The default value is empty. An empty or zero value means that there is no control over the retention years, and the system follows the History / Log setting.
In the Authorizations window (follow path Administration → System Initialization → Authorizations → General Authorizations), History / Log and History / Log Retain Years are added under Administration → System Initialization → General Settings. For more information, see How to Define Authorizations in SAP Business One 10.0.
In the data archive wizard, if the archive period overlaps History / Log Retain Years in General Settings, an error message will appear, providing you with the latest date that you can set. Also, a new reason because of the overlap of History / Log Retain Years is available in the recommendations step.
In the master data cleanup wizard, if the update dates of master data fall in History / Log Retain Years in General Settings, those master data will be excluded from selection.
SAP Business One Cloud (your environment) does not yet support the IAM and other new Authentications methods. We will inform you when it becomes available.
