Important Actions
After an update one of your administrative users will need to go to Administration > System Initialization > General Settings > Paths Tab > Press "Refresh Paths In Documents"
This will update the link to any attachments you have in SAP Business One for all users
This will be the last update that this process is necessary. Our next upgrade will no longer require this step.

What is in the upgrade?
This upgrade includes bug fixes, performance and stability improvements, and feature enhancements for Version 10 Service Packs from 2411 and 2502. The main focus of this update is adding features to the Web client including enhanced Analytics, User Defined Values, and Auto Fill Formulas (similar to Formatted Searches).
In addition to those changes they also added the ability to send Approval Alerts via Email.
Send Approval Process Notification via Email
With the new checkbox Send Approval Process Notification via Email in the Approval Process section on the BP tab of the General Settings window, originators and authorizers can now receive the approval process notifications via email, in addition to the notifications in the system. To use this function, the Enable Mailer Service checkbox on the Services tab of the General Settings window must be selected, and the mailer service must be running. You can then select to use the SAP Business One mailer or SAP Business OneMicrosoft 365 integration to send the emails.
New Accounting Apps Available

- Chart of Accounts
- Journal Vouchers

Enhanced Linked List Views App
This enhancement is designed to streamline micro business processes, giving individual end users the ability to easily and quickly create personalized, context-relevant information.
In the Linked List Views app, under the Linkable Objects menu, three new submenus are now added to each linkable object where applicable:
-
List View:
-
Use this for linking from one list view to another list view or a General Overview view, and even daisy-chaining list views.
-
Filters the linked list view or General Overview using selected field values from the table area of the list view.
-
Applicable for almost all list views, such as the Business Partners list view.
-
-
Detailed View Header:
Use this for the previously available function of linking from the detailed view of an individual business record to a list view or a General Overview view.
-
Detailed View Rows:
-
Use this for linking from the table section in the detailed view of a business record to a list view or a General Overview view.
-
Filters the linked list view or General Overview using selected field values from the table section of the detailed view.
-
Applicable for objects such as sales and purchasing transaction documents.
-
In addition to the menus in the Linked List Views app, you can also access these functions directly from each linkable object in other Web client apps.
You can now use the User-Defined Values (UDV) feature to customize values for a variety of fields in the detailed views of sales and purchasing documents, including user-defined fields. Here are the available methods for customization:
-
Filtered List:
Enables you to tailor the visible values in a dropdown list of extensive predefined options, ensuring you do not accidentally choose irrelevant values.
-
Formula:
Enables you to use a formula to customize field values, including date, time, and checkboxes. A formula can include fixed text, arithmetic and logical expressions, and variables of fields from the current document where you set up the UDV, or from other business documents or objects in the database.
SAP Business One Cloud (your environment) does not yet support the IAM and other new Authentications methods. We will inform you when it becomes available.

Crystal Report and Database User Credentials
During each upgrade the Crystal Report and other Database Usernames were changed to match the new service unit. We are eliminating this in future updates to eliminate the need to update credentials after each update. If you currently use one that includes _ns08 or _nh03 remove it. Next time we do the upgrade no action should be required.
The passwords remain the same.
Example old credentials
Old Username: "iconnect_nbstest_ns08"
PW: "ExamplePassword1234"
Example New
New Username: "iconnect_nbstest"
PW: "ExamplePassword1234"
