If you're system goes down and you are unable to log on to your ByDesign tenant, you have a few options for reporting the problem to SAP.
1. Call the SAP Hotline at 855-666-3256
2. Submit an Incident via the Business Center at www.sme.sap.com (See attached)
- Log on
- Select 'Help' in the top right corner of the screen
- At the second bullet point, select the hyperlink on 'Open an Incident'
3. Contact Navigator via the Hotline at 801-256-6544
4. Submit a Zendesk ticket requesting assistance
