Error/Issue: Documents are printing without the company logo.
- There are two places to check for the root cause of the issue.
- Go to Administration -> System Initialization -> General Settings -> Path Tab
- Make sure that the picture path is defined.
- If it is not defined press the Refresh Paths in Documents button.
- If the path is defined go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Print Preferences - > General Tab.
- Make sure that your company logo is showing here.
- If it is not click on the Camera button to attach your logo.
- If after checking both of these options the logo still does not appear on your documents, please contact support.
