Missing Logo on Documents:

Error/Issue: Documents are printing without the company logo. 

 

Solution: 

  1. There are two places to check for the root cause of the issue. 
  2. Go to Administration -> System Initialization -> General Settings -> Path Tab
  3. Make sure that the picture path is defined. 
  4. If it is not defined press the Refresh Paths in Documents button.missing_logo_1.png
  5. If the path is defined go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Print Preferences - > General Tab. 
  6. Make sure that your company logo is showing here. 
  7. If it is not click on the Camera button to attach your logo. missing_logo_2.png
  8. If after checking both of these options the logo still does not appear on your documents, please contact support.
