Error: When you go to Document Printing and open up Checks for Payment for a particular bank account, the “Print Checks for Payment” screen does not let you select any checks to print.
Note: This is the result of the check printing being locked on the House Bank Account.
- Go To: Administration -> Setup -> Banking -> House Bank Accounts.
- Uncheck the box for the account that has the “Lock Checks Printing” marked.
- Click update
- Once updated you should now be able to print your checks for payment.
