Exporting User Authorizations

Note: There are two options for exporting user authorizations 

 

Export to Excel Option:

  1. Go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Authorizations -> General Authorizations
  2. Click on the MS-EXCEL icon on your toolbar. 
  3. This will open a select user window. 
  4. Check the boxes of the users you want to export the authorizations for. 
  5. If you are exporting all you can click the “Select All” button to check all users. 
  6. Click Okexport_auths_1.png
  7. The next steps depend on the platform you logged in to SAP on. 
  8. If you are on the Remote Desktop, you will need to save the file on the server then copy and paste it to your local files. 
  9. If you are on Browser Access the export functionality will open excel locally. 
  10. Please refer to the article on how to export to excel from SAP B1.

 

Copy Table Option: 

  1. Go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Authorizations -> General Authorizations
  2. Select the User you want to export the authorizations for. 
  3. Click the Expand button to show all the authorizations for that user. 
  4. Right-click on the authorizations table and choose Copy Table.export_auths_2.png
  5. Once you have copied the table you can open excel locally and then paste the table into excel.
