Multiple Login Errors

Note: This helps with multiple login errors as well as ending sessions for stuck or frozen sessions. 

 

Error: You cannot log on from this station because you are connected from two other stations.multiple_logins_1.png

Solution: 

Note: These steps are for when logging into the Remote Desktop Platform. If you are using Remote Dekstop for MAC these steps will not work, you will need to contact the support team. 

  1. With SAP open and on the system message error press Ctrl+Alt+End and choose sign out.multiple_logins_2.png
  2. Disconnect All Remote Desktop Connections.
    • Click on the carrot on your desktop toolbar.multiple_logins_3.png
    • Click on the remote desktop icon.                                            multiple_logins_4.png
    • Select Disconnect all connections.multiple_logins_5.png
  3. Once all connections are disconnected wait 6 minutes and then log back in. 
  4. If the issue persists after this, please contact the support team.

Note: These steps are for when logging in on the Browser Access Platform. 

  1. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right of your browser. 
  2. Go to History and then click History, or Ctrl + Hmultiple_logins_6.png
  3. Click Clear browsing datamultiple_logins_7.png
  4. The clear browsing data window will pop up. 
  5. Change the Time range to “All Time” 
  6. Click Clear data. multiple_logins_8.png
  7. Once the data has been cleared close the browser. 
  8. Restart the browser and log back into SAP. 
  9. If the issue persists after this, please contact the support team.
