Clearing Temp Files On Cloud

Error: Generic Errors, Unable to Login, and Crashing of SAP

 

Solution: 

  1. Close SAP Business One
  2. Click Start (Windows Button) and in the search box type %temp% and press enterclear_temp_cloud_1.png
  3. Delete All files in this folder
    • If any files will not allow you to Delete press Skipclear_temp_cloud_2.png
  4. Restart SAP Business One
  5. If any issues persist after this, please contact the support team.
