Clear Temp Files On-Premise

Error: Generic Errors, Unable to Login, and Crashing of SAP

 

Solution: 

  1. Close SAP Business One
  2. Click Start (Windows Button) and in the search type %temp% and press enterclear_temp_on_prem_1.png
  3. Locate the SM_OBS_DLL folder and delete it. 
  4. Restart SAP Business One.
  5. If issues persist, please contact the support team.
