Restore the Numbering File in SAP Business One

If you receive the following error in SAP B1, you may be able to resolve the issue by Restoring the Numbering File:

“This entry already exists in the following tables”.

The table being referenced can vary with this error message but the fix remains the same.

1. Ensure your Database has a recent backup to revert to in case restoring the Numbering File has an adverse effect.
2. Ensure all users are logged out of the DB before restoring the Numbering File.
3. Go to Help->Support desk->Restore->Restore numbering file
