This article goes over the steps for resolving the following iConnect Error when trying to add documents from SAP B1 to Shipping Easy via iConnect: "B1SyncStores: Failed to Send to ShippingEasy: {"errors":"{\"recipients\":[[{\"address\":[\"can't be blank\"]}]]}"}"
Steps
1. This error means that the "Ship To" field is blank or contains invalid data. To fix this, add a valid address to the "Ship To" field on the Logistics tab of the affected document. (The SAP document number is the "Object ID" in iConnect, where S = Sales Order, D = Delivery and I = Invoice)
2. Ensure Ship Order Sync is set to Ready for Sales Orders, Ship Delivery Sync is set to Ready for Deliveries and Ship Invoice Sync is set to Ready for Invoices then click "Update". The document will be synced on the next Shipping Easy sync.
