Crystal Reports and 3rd party access (such as API & Service Layer) will require new credentials or URL's after each upgrade Please see the info at the bottom of the page

What is in the upgrade?
This upgrade includes bug fixes, performance and stability improvements, and feature enhancements for Version 10 Service Packs from 2505, 2508, and 2511. The main focus of this update is adding features to the Web Client, both features being moved from the B1 Client and new exclusive features only available on the Web Client.
SAP Business One Cloud (your environment) does not yet support the IAM and other new Authentications methods. We will inform you when it becomes available.
Specifics for 2505, 2508, and 2511 are covered in the following links:

Crystal Report and Database User Credentials
During each upgrade the Crystal Report and other Database Usernames were changed to match the new service unit. We have eliminated this in our 2511 update to eliminate the need to update credentials after each update. You should no longer need to update this after each upgrade.
Example
New Username: "iconnect_nbstest"
PW: "ExamplePassword1234"
However Server names change so refreshing the connection will still be necessary.
This Guide on updating Crystal Reports connection
If that does not work or you are making a new report. Use Database > Set Datasource
Remember that when you create a new connection you will need to create it as OLE DB (ADO), for Provider use Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server, Press Next, Fill in connection info like you did in the guide and press Finish.
Known Issues
Protocol Not Allowed
This issue appears to occur when using the Save and View button while creating a document. If you do that and then try to Print/Export PDF or Send an email, you can receive this error message. Using instead Save and New, then pressing the Left Green Arrow or Ctrl+Left Arrow Key you will avoid this issue.
If you are currently using Save and View, there is a small drop down on the right side of the button to change it to Save and New instead.
This is an issue with 10.0 2511 and cannot be resolved until the next upgrade in the Fall if SAP has addressed it by then. SAP's Note is https://me.sap.com/notes/3687085
You would need an SAP account to view it, but the text of that note describes what I have shown above.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions via email to support@nbs-us.com, or by phone at 801-701-2060.
