Address Changing
Ship To Field Size
This has been reported to SAP who is investigating the issue with their development team. They will inform us if there is a way to fix this without updating to a new version of SAP but it may have to be addressed with a hotfix.
Here is an example of what it looks like.
As an alternative to waiting, a user could adjust them via the UI Configuration Templates, but this is just a work around. If you need assistance adjusting this you can submit a ticket to work with one of our Business Consultants.
Bellow are the relevant help documents on the use of UI Configuration Templates

Workaround:
Users should refresh the ship-to address on Logistics tab whenever they delete the first row in the document.
To refresh, follow these steps:
-
Select the blank option.
-
Answer the message Update existing rows? with Yes.
-
Select the correct address.
-
Answer the message Update existing rows? with Yes again.
The following GIFs show the work around steps in practice.
In addition to this, you could potentially setup an alert that informs you when a document has a Warehouse Address in the Ship To field
Again if you need assistance you can reach out to us to work with one of our Business Consultants if you need assistance setting up such an alert.
