How to: How do I change my password in the B1 Cloud?

For any reason you need to update your SAP Business One Cloud user password.

To do this follow these instructions:

1. Login to the SAP Business One Cloud portal at http://portal.business1cloud.com with your current password.
2. Click the User Icon dropdown and select the "Manage Login" link in the upper right side of the page next to the Help and Sign out links.
   
3. Login to the secure login portal
   
4. Enroll in a verification method of our choice
   
   
5. Click the Change Password tab
   
6. Enter your current password
7. Select a new password that meets these criteria:
   • Minimum length should be at least 12
   • Must start with an uppercase alphabet or a lowercase alphabet
   • Must contain at least 1 upper case character(s)
   • Number of numerals to include 1
   • Must not be a palindrome
   • Must not contain any character more than 2 times consecutively
   • Must not have 5 consecutive character(s) from username
   • Must not contain restricted patterns List
   • Must contain at least 1 lower case character(s)
8. Confirm your password by retyping it.
9. Finally click the Change Password button and click Continue if successful
