Problem Description

When opening a "List of Items" in SAP Business One by conducting an Item Search, you may find all Item categorized into groups as shown in figure A.

This article will show you how to restore the default setting of SAP where Items are not categorized as groups as shown in Figure B.

Solution

1. Open the "List of Items" by conducting an Item Search in SAP B1.

2. With the "List of Items" active, select Tools>Form settings

2. In the "List of - Settings" window, uncheck the checkmark in the "Group" column for the Item No. field as shown below

3. When you conduct a new Item search, you will see that Items are no longer grouped.
